  • Register for Grant Support Team Help

    You MUST first register for Technical Advising Services from our Grant Support Team. Registered institutions qualify for up to 8 hours of individualized grant developing support. Institutions can request support across the proposal lifecycle or specific needs such as proposal design consultations, copy-editing services, budget consultation/justification, etc.

  • Search for Answers to your Questions

    Our NEXTGEN information knowledge base will offer searchable content to address frequently asked questions that support the development of your NEXTGEN proposal.

  • Chat with NEXTGEN Support Staff

    Our chat located on the NEXTGEN website will search frequently asked questions from the NEXTGEN information knowledge base 24/7 and connect you to a live support person from 8 AM ET  – 12 AM (midnight) ET, Mondays through Thursdays, 9 AM ET – 5 PM ET, Fridays,  beginning October 3, 2022.

  • Register and Attend Support Webinars

    Applicants can attend as many scheduled support webinars as needed and can choose from a wide variety of days and times offered. There will be two types of events applicants can join to get help. Find support sessions that fit your schedule and register to attend at: NEXTGEN Calendar of Support.

    2. JOIN 90 minute “walk-in” Office Hours as needed to consult with Grant & Budget Support via Zoom/phone (see calendar for details)
