The Extension Foundation offers multiple ways to assist you in getting support, answering your questions, and providing you with the resources that you may need.

Knowledge Base

The Extension Foundation provides a Knowledge Base at extension.org/knowledge. The Knowledge Base provides several articles and resources for NEXTGEN. The information in the Knowledge Base is routinely updated to include information to frequently asked questions. We invite you to explore the Knowledge Base to see if your question can be answered there first.

Toolkit

The toolkit contains short videos, checklists, model applications, and more.

Community Support Center

The Community Support Center provides a place where individuals can view and post questions, issues, or suggestions to the NEXTGEN Technical Assistance Provider on the Extension Foundation’s Connect platform. There are two methods for posting questions here:

  1. Register a free Connect account at connect.extension.org. After completing registration, click Post and then Support. The benefit to creating an account is the ability to see previously asked and answered questions assigned with your individual account.
  2. If you do not wish to create a Connect account, you can email support@extension.org to add a question to the Community Support Center.
